Minimized demand for energy is covered
by high efficient technologies, efficient and
renewable supply of the remaining energy demand:
- use of geothermal energy: heat and cold
- in the summer: additional solar cooling
and fuel cell combined heat and power
plant (natural gas, bio gas and
hydrogen)
- in the winter: additional heat pump and
combined heat and power plant
- use of low-energy systems
- rain water use and infiltration on the site
Concept:
